technically you can HID anything, ebay.... but for sealed beam cars, its not the best idea, I don't know anyone who has done it, but you could try an e-bay kit I guess, I've thought about it, friend of mine got an ebay kit for his 91 integra and he likes it.

i believe theres light kits for the pop up lights but i heard there a pain in the ass to do.
