Is there any stores/shops that make print shirts, soak screen or whatever...IDK what is called

ONLINE.
Most shops won't do it for cheap if you just make ONE.
but if u plan to make a lot...like 10 or 20 of the same design. i think u can get a deal with them.
and it's called Silk Screen.
