hmm a hoe is a garden tool, but I guess hoes is the correct plural for ho, and yes we have half assed clubs here, what gets them shut down are the people that cannot handle themselves in a proper fashion and they end up flashing on someone instead of talking it out. Cops are only called out when people start to fight or break things.
