Possible Rooms for rent...

We may have two rooms for rent coming up in September so if anyone is looking for a place to stay they may have a chance... Located in Tracy, Rent will be $350 each month. Price will be just rent only, PG&E, Utility's, and Cable/Internet will all be collected separate.
Each room get's one Parking spot in driveway, Three cars total in driveway. Plenty of parking in front of house so if you have more then one car its fine..
Pets are allowed, just no big dogs cause we really don't have the room for em.
The two rooms will share one Bathroom, have an office for anyone to set up their computer station. All will have access to big screen TV, video games, and movies.. For more info or want to check the place out Hit me up in a pm...
