night/week meets

i was thinking does the 209forums have meets like other cities do.
for example ,bikers meet every friday nights at about 9pm in stockton.
if anyone planning to hold a stockton weekly meet i'll be there.

but there are other forums who holds weekly meets..

the new civics have their meets thursdays evening
G35 group does their once a month
Ricers have theirs on saturday nights.
muscle cars sometiems do there's at ont he first friday of the month...

thats all i could thinkof righ tnow...as for times...eh, i dont really know.

in general..
we kinda tried to do the weekly meet type thing, but since we're just a group of friends and the 209forums is mostly a mode of communication for us,

life gets in the way.
especially since we're all getting older now lol.

i think the last time we attempted to have regular meets was back in 2005...

we kick it allot but it's not like a meet, honestly.. we've seen each other's cars hundred's of times. and if we wanna kick it we just be like yo dom come drink at my hizzo then he'll be like aiite but i got my daughter, then i'll be it's cool she can come to then he'll be aiite my nig i'll be there with a case of coors, then we be drinking then he'll go home. hahahaha. we're to much of friends to really have like a meet just to get together.

sambo just summed up the #1 reason why we don't have weekly meets,

its just easier to do stuff impromptu

there's a&w cruise nights every thursday from 6-8pm

i mean if you want we can drink and play pool at my neighbor's house everynight. we drink and play pool everynight over there anyways.. hahaha. we'll start this friday... now who's down...
