wake up at 3:30 am.. head out the door by 4:15-4:30... get to dublin around 5:30-6, get on the bart, head to downtown oakland, eat breakfast by 7:30.
orthopedics-traumaology from 8 am to 12:30
acupuncture treatment protocols from 12:45 to 2:45
external medicine from 3 to 5
and introduction to the shan han lunf rom 5:30 to 9:30
then back on the bart around 9:45-10ish..
get to back to dublin at 11.
drive home and hit the sack around midnight.
