R/C Drifting
Anyone here with a 1/10 electric R/C car interested in drifting?
Starting this year the norcal area will be holding drift competitions and are in need of members. Right now we have a pretty good amount of people but are always looking to expand. I'm looking to find members to increase the Stockton area drifters as a sub group. The main body of the group is the Sacramento are drifters. So when in competition, we will be under that banner.
My bro's and I are members, and we try to practice with the Sac guys every weekend. Gets kinda hard tho because of the drive. If enough peeps are interested we can start holding practices here. There are already some Stockton guys we practice with but rely mostly on the Sac guys to organize.
For those with nitro's, dont expect too much. Members with nitro's are trying to set up their own sub group but there's not too many. Most are going electric while the rest are going their own route.
I know this is another expensive hobby besides working on our real rides, so be cautious before jumping into this band wagon. But you can never have too many projects, hahaha..............jk!
If anyone here is interested just pm me and I'll pm the website.

Re: R/C Drifting
We have a lot of resources to help you get started.
The hard part is for those who dont have one to go and spend money to get one. Hpi and tamiya have ready to run kits that are pretty reasonable in price. You don't really need a High performance, super expensive kit to do this.

I was kinda on and off with it. One min. I want to sell it then the next day I'm outside playing with it. I haven't touched it in like two month so I really don't want it in under my bed anymore. Shoot me some offers.

Fujiwara's N2 AE86 Trueno. Project.D's challengers are a whole lot tougher now, so it was time to upgrade the downhill specialist's car.
