i have an automatic transmission, and i just replaced it..
when i filled it, i forgot to put the driverside axle seal back in place and it leaked all out and i was under there on a creeper and it got all in my hair and its all over my driveway.
i know what color it is. lol

but back on topic.
is your car old enough to be going through menopause yet?

So it runs now? What car, what engine, when it was cranking before did you check fuel & spark? The posts are sort of vague

1990 honda civic dx hatch. d15b1. cranked well. recharged battery. that was fine. couldnt check the spark cuz it was just me tryin to fix it.. its fine so far.. fuel was at half tank. again i couldnt see if there was any gas goin through the TB. one man team.. my ECU is still tellin me there is somethin wrong with the fuel injector system.. its gettin me really frustrated. its gauranteed to start wen its cold tho.. iono..

Your main relay is bad, thats all

replace the main relay.

or you could resolder all the connections.

hmm.. too lazy.

You could resolder and have them break again. Replacing its easy its right up under the driver side of the dash.

And yes, you will have the same problem if you swap the motor
