what's going to happen eventually, is what happened when the california supreme court overruled the decision. what i'm saying for those who don't understand is.....the U.S. Supreme Court will eventually overturn Prop. 8, it's inevitable, resistance is futile..... Cool

the us supreme court won't overturn it unless most of the states in the us also allow gay marriage. that was the true intention of legalizing gay marriage in california, so it trickles down the the rest of the states that still did not allow/recognize gay marriage or unions.
