SMOG!HELP!! Empty SMOG!HELP!!

ok i got a problem by state i got to smog my car
just because of the mini me swap its a d16z6 vtech all wired up and evrything with a p28 ecu ..now heres the problem i went to go get it smoged evrything passed but the emissions at 15 mph its a GROSS POLUTER but at 25 mph it passes. now i replaced tho cat. and seafoam the shit out of it and changed my oil filter spark plugs and wires new 02 sensor. took and the same dam thing!!! but thiers another little thing when i drive my car normal evrything is koo but after a while my temp goes up 1/4 to the H almost reaches hot but then the fan kicks in and goes to normal. now when i drive it hard somtimes the check engine light comes on and stays on till i turn off my car then turn it back on.the light will dissapear it dont blink or nothing it just comes on when i shift high like at 6,6500 rpms.. iam so puzzled i did evrything to my knowledge ..i need help honda people!!

check ur codes.

for your temp..maybe us hould just try switching toa cooler thermostat

you can use a vtec controller to lean out the fuel to pass smog. and you keep getting check engine light cause you did a mini me swap. should have left it alone.

naw i havent checked out the code i cant turn off the car when it comes on cuz when i do and star it right up itll go away. and iam going to by another thermstat soon. the swap was legit. it wasnt much i cleaned it up myself minor wire tucking it looks clean and its fun to drive.

if its obd1 then you should have a service connector plug under the dash on the passenger side. the plug has 2 wires going to it. using a jumper wire, jump the service connector while the car is on and count the number of flashes the check engine light flashes. long flash i believe is 10 and short flashes are each 1. then just get a manual and check to see what code is being thrown

man this car is too smexy to just kill... seen it and its clean... homeboy came through the drive thru nd i was like wtf that car looks hella much familiar lol...
